Production of Recuperators
With the use of primary energy for heat generation in chemical and/or steelworks-technical processes, up to 65% of the supplied heat go out as waste gas loss in an unused way.
Recuperators use this loss heat for the heating-up of the required combustion air and/or the fuel gas.
Fuel saving up to 35% is possible, depending on the waste gas temperature on leaving the process and on the preheating temperature of the combustion air and/or the fuel gas.
By the saving of fuel, the recuperator contributes at the same time to the environment protection.
Every heat not generated by combustion of primary energy reduces the discharge of pollutants.
The task to the process determines the design of the kiln as well as the waste gas outlet temperature.
There are different models of recuperators adapted to these criteria :
Rekuperative
Heat Exchangers
Steam Boiler
